These multi-dimensional TASAM WORLD institutions were all (born out of) found as a result of various different civil summits, programs and projects that were undertaken for their respective distinct objectives. In the framework of this network of institutions and 14 years of experience, it is now possible to offer consulting/cooperation services to other countries and institutions.

In order to take maximum advantage from this opportunity, it is important/essential to form strategic awareness with subject countries, establish cooperation networks among political institutions, improve programs and projects that promote development, extend innovative applications through the exchange of information and experience, improve institutional capacity among decision-makers, senior administrators and contemporary public administration perception, maintain good governance at national and international level, improve strategic cooperation and proficiency development.

In today’s world where change and transformation takes place at an unprecedented pace, the need for original solutions is felt more acutely than ever before. While TASAM conducts academic and intellectual based projects, TASAM WORLD focuses on, in the context of international capacity building, the development of bi- and multi-lateral programs and projects that will promote national and international cooperation.

Strategic Future Vision Project aims to improve a country’s own capacity and international cooperation opportunities by conducting, with the collaboration of relevant authorities, “Special ImplementationProjects” in every identified sector and discipline and by providing intellectual contributions to the stakeholders in order to create a common awareness.
