TOD Turkey engages representatives of regional think tanks to exchange information and views and provide assessments and strategic foresight on political, socio-cultural and economic developments in Turkey and the wider region.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There is not any country that has not been enter directly or indirectly into interaction and communication with the others at the present world which is on the increasing globalization process deriving from technological progress and other conjectural developments. Intensive political, socio-cultural and economic changes and interactions are existing in the African-Eurasian countries and in the world as a whole. Undoubtedly, Turkey can not fall outside these regional and global developments. Internal and external dynamics result in rapid and intensive political, socio-cultural and economic developments and changes in Turkey. These developments and changes which emerge on the each level of civilizations concern closely not only states but also civil society.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a necessity to get and analyze actual information about developments in our country, near region and world and to develop dynamic, effective and realistic dialogues for the future through to get together our scientists, intellectuals, analysts, strategist and experts in order to overcome existing problems, achieve new expansions, offer multi dimensional suggestions based on more expansive, creative and different ideas and gain maximal collective benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Especially, through organizing meetings involving representatives from genuine disciplines of think tank organizations, it will be possible to observe and watch political, socio-cultural and economic developments emerging on the regional and global levels and concerning both state and civil society, to share and assess collective knowledge, and to develop creative dialogues for present and future. Otherwise, it can not be possible to overcome problems and benefit from new opportunities that will be encountered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within this context of necessity, project of \u201cThink Tank Organizations Dialogue of Turkey\u201d has been planned by Turkish Asian Center for Strategic Studies (TASAM) under cooperation with the other distinguished think tank organization of Turkey. We hope that this project planned for distinguished think tank organizations of Turkey and the African-Eurasian countries and decision makers who have initiative and competence in their countries\u2019 government will contribute to the foundation of \u201cCivilization of Peace\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00fcnya ile birlikte Afrika-Avrasya b\u00f6lgesi \u00fclkelerinde de siyasi, sosyo-k\u00fct\u00fcrel ve iktisadi anlamda ciddi de\u011fi\u015fim ve etkile\u015fimler s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>

Elbette T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin; bu k\u00fcresel ve b\u00f6lgesel geli\u015fmelerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalmas\u0131 beklenemez. \u0130\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f dinamikler \u00fclkemizde de siyasi, sosyo-k\u00fct\u00fcrel ve iktisadi geli\u015fmelerin h\u0131zl\u0131 ve yo\u011fun \u015fekilde ya\u015fanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Medeniyetin her katman\u0131nda ya\u015fanan bu geli\u015fmeler, devletler kadar sivil toplumu da yak\u0131ndan ilgilendirmektedir.<\/p>

Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131 a\u015fmak ve yeni a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar yakalamak i\u00e7in hadiselere daha geni\u015f ve farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 ile \u00e7ok boyutlu \u00f6neriler getirerek, m\u00fc\u015fterek azami faydalar sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na; bilim ve fikir adamlar\u0131n\u0131n, analiz ve strateji uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n bir araya gelerek \u00fclkemizdeki, b\u00f6lgemizdeki ve d\u00fcnyadaki geli\u015fmelere dair g\u00fcncel bilgileri derlemesi, i\u015flemesi, ileriye y\u00f6nelik dinamik, etkin ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i diyaloglar geli\u015ftirmesi art\u0131k bir zorunluluk olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>

\u00d6zellikle; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kurulu\u015fu temsilcilerinin \u00f6zg\u00fcn disiplinleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek toplant\u0131lar ile; hem devlet hem de sivil toplum boyutunda, b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte meydana gelen siyasi, sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve iktisadi geli\u015fmelerin yak\u0131ndan izlenmesi, sahip olunan bilgilerin payla\u015f\u0131larak birlikte de\u011ferlendirilmesi, g\u00fcncele ve gelece\u011fe dair yap\u0131c\u0131 diyaloglar geli\u015ftirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc, ne olas\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, ne de kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lacak yeni f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n etkin bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.<\/p>

\u201cD\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce Kurulu\u015flar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Diyalo\u011fu\u201d projesi, b\u00f6yle bir zorunlu gereksinim kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde T\u00fcrk Asya Stratejik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Merkezi (TASAM) taraf\u0131ndan planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
